How to do skin care therapy?

Cleansing the skin

The basic part of skin care treatment involves in clearing the skin. You go through numerous kinds of dirty elements. These make the skin rough and harsh. Also your skin produces sebum, the oily substance. Excessive production of subum may cause pimples and acne. To solve such condition, buy a good cleanser. It should be applied everyday at least twice or thrice. Whenever, coming back home, use this cleanser. It will help you to get complete relaxation. For enjoying a fresh and enhanced face, do this process regularly.

Exfoliation improves the skin texture

Moisturizer for smooth effects

Leave it for a few minutes. Now wash the with normal water. Apart from facial skin, this recipe is effective for body skin too. It is also useful to treat acne and pimples. Enjoy the smooth effect instantly on the skin.
Turmeric powder gives great glowing skin therapy. You may mix some turmeric powder with orange juice. This paste will make your skin glowing and supple. Keep the mixture on the face for 15 to 20 minutes. Now wash off the skin.
Prepare a mixture using equal amount of lemon juice and rose water. Using cotton ball apply it on the face. This will help you to add glow and freshness to the skin. It is good as anti-acne remedy too.

1. My 4 steps routineMy usual routine is to shampoo and condition, then use a leave-in spray. Once a week, I use a mask for an extra treat. That’s my routine.
2. Cool, cool, cool! Rinse with cool to warm water, never too hot and rinse thoroughly so that hair feels ‘squeaky clean’.
3. Once a week, hair mask time
Once a week, after shampooing, apply the mask to damp hair. Comb it through from roots to tips. Leave it in for five minutes to do its work, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Cut little but oftenYou hair will be even more beautiful if you cut it regularly, between every 8 to 10 weeks. You don’t have to cut much, but do it at regular intervals.
5. Wet hair is fragileNever brush wet hair—use a wide-toothed comb or your fingers to separate tangles before styling.
6. Healthy life, healthier hair
You will notice the condition of your hair improve if you eat a regular, healthy and varied diet. Both your skin and your hair will suffer if you do not take care of yourself.
7. Take care of your hair during summer
The colour, sheen, and condition of your hair can be diminished by sun, sea, and more in summer. Use a range with UV filters, such as a leave-in product, which can help prevent dryness. 2.Orange Mask-For this you need half a cup oatmeal, juice of half an orange,glycerine and a little egg white to make a paste.Beat the egg white and then add the oatmeal and juice to it.The glycerine is to moisturise the skin.The egg white gets rid of wrinkles and the orange is just to feed the skin.With this mask, open pores and greasy complexions are miraculously rejuvenated.Normal skins can also be treated with these masks.

The more oily your skin is, the longer it will take for the cream to be fully absorbed.

Covering imperfections

Not many of us are blessed with flawless skin, so concealers are great to help you fake perfection. Blemish Concealer Cream and Flawless Under Eye Concealer miraculously cover minor blemishes, spots and dark circles under your eyes.

To cover blemishes, apply the Blemish Concealer Cream directly over the blemish or pimple using a small brush. Blend using a gentle pressing and rolling action with the tips of your finger. Be careful not to rub. Re-apply if more coverage is needed.

To diminish dark circles under your eyes, lightly dot on Flawless Under Eye Concealer starting with the corner of your eye nearest your nose. Blend outwards using a gentle pressing action with the tip of your finger.
