MAKE-UP BASE

STEP 1

Cleansing your face
Always start your make-up routine by cleansing your face properly. The essential function of a cleanser is to dissolve and remove dirt, excess sebum, dead skin cells and stale make-up from the face.

Choose a cleanser that fits your skin type:
Normal skin: Aloe Face Wash
Dry skin: Royal Velvet Firming Cleansing Milk, Swedish Care Hydrating Milky Cleanser
Combined skin: Swedish Care Balancing Foaming Cleanser
Oily skin: Swedish Care Purifying Foaming Cleanser, Oil Control+ Clarifying Cleanser, Tea Tree Wash and Tone Foaming Gel
Sensitive Skin: Swedish Care Soothing Cleansing Milk

Quick tip
Clean your skin carefully with a cleanser both morning and evening. A clean skin is a vital guard against spots and blemishes.

STEP 2

Follow-up with toner
After having cleaned the skin, follow-up with a toner to remove the final traces of cleanser. A toned skin is clearer with less noticeable pores.
Choose a toner that fits your skin type:
Normal skin: Aloe Gentle Toner
Dry skin: Royal Velvet Firming Gel Toner, Swedish Care Hydrating Toner
Combined skin: Swedish Care Balancing Toner
Oily skin: Swedish Care Mattifying Toner, Oil Control+ Pore Clarifying Lotion
Sensitive Skin: Swedish Care Soothing Toner

Quick tip
Apply toner generously on a cotton pad and sweep it over your face from nose towards ears.

STEP 3

Creating a good base
After cleansing and toning, choose a day cream to keep the complexion smooth and supple.

Choose a day cream that fits your skin type:
Normal skin: Aloe Protective Moisturiser, Time Prevent SPF 15 Day Cream, Skin Quencher 24H Intensive Moisturiser
Dry skin: Swedish Care Hydrating Day Cream SPF 8, Royal Velvet Moisture Performance+ Day Lotion, Skin Quencher 24H Intensive Moisturiser
Combined skin: Swedish Care Balancing Day Gel SPF 8
Oily skin: Swedish Care Mattifying Day Lotion SPF 8, Oil Control+ Mattifying Moisturiser
Sensitive skin: Swedish Care Soothing Day Cream
Tired & dull skin: Light Radiance Illuminating Day Cream
De-hydrated skin: Skin Quencher 24H Intensive Moisturiser

Quick tip
When applying day cream, take your time in order to let the cream become properly absorbed as this helps your make-up to last longer.
The more oily your skin is, the longer it will take for the cream to be fully absorbed.

STEP 4

Covering imperfections
Not many of us are blessed with flawless skin, so concealers are great to help you fake perfection. Blemish Concealer Cream and Flawless Under Eye Concealer miraculously cover minor blemishes, spots and dark circles under your eyes.

To cover blemishes, apply the Blemish Concealer Cream directly over the blemish or pimple using a small brush. Blend using a gentle pressing and rolling action with the tips of your finger. Be careful not to rub. Re-apply if more coverage is needed.

To diminish dark circles under your eyes, lightly dot on Flawless Under Eye Concealer starting with the corner of your eye nearest your nose. Blend outwards using a gentle pressing action with the tip of your finger.
